First came love (in high school), then came marriage (5 years ago), then came the baby in the baby carriage (January 13, 2011). My husband, Jon, and I are high school sweethearts that grew up in a suburb outside of Detroit, MI. A few years ago we moved to Asheville, NC for my husband’s job. Upon finding out we were expecting, we made it a point to get back to our family and friends in Michigan! Jon works in Ann Arbor, and I teach kindergarten for Walled Lake Schools. Last year we bought our dream home in Milford, MI and finished renovating it just days before we welcomed Madeline Ashleigh!!!
